If you subscribed via our website, go to the Memberships page and click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button. This will take you to your billing portal where you can update your card or download past invoices.

You can cancel future renewals at any time. For Web subscriptions, click ‘Manage Subscription’ on the Memberships page and select ‘Cancel’. For App Store or Google Play, please manage it through your device’s subscription settings. After canceling, you will retain VIP access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes, we offer a 14-day full money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Please note: Canceling a subscription only prevents future charges and does not automatically trigger a refund. For Web (Paddle) refunds, email us at billing@minicards.app. For App Store or Google Play, you must request it through their respective platforms.

Yes. For Web subscriptions, upgrading only requires paying the price difference. For Mobile, upgrades are handled automatically with prorated credits by Apple/Google. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
